The Kenya Project is a part of the Africa Project
Project Goals
The goal of this project is to
- Create new family profiles for people born in Kenya
- Create new profiles for Kenyan notables and keep a list of these on this page
- To collect in one place information and resources to assist in building and documenting Kenyan Genealogies.
- To bring together WikiTreers interested in connecting Kenyan families to the Global Family Tree.
- To make every Kenyan profile the best it can be.
Here are some of the tasks that I think need to be done. I'll be working on them, and could use your help.
- Create profiles for families born in Kenya.
- Identify profiles to be managed by the project
- Work on unsourced Kenyan profiles
- Work on unconnected Kenyan profiles

I also have book about an unrelated family written by Njũgũna Njao, "Mbarĩ ya Mũcaĩ family tree (1895–2005)" (Nairobi, n.d.), which might be worth transcribing.
